EASYpanel | Sandwich panels

Our EASYpanel acoustic sandwich panels offer the following features:

• Standardly coated with polyester in RAL 9002 on both the inner and outer sides.
• Perforated inner side for enhanced sound insulation and absorption.
• Constructed from fire-safe materials, including galvanized steel and high-density mineral wool.
• Self-supporting design for easy installation.
• The panels have a standard working width of 1000 mm and are connected through a male-female joint.

Furthermore, our panels fully comply with fire safety requirements.

The EASYpanel sandwich panels are ideal for various applications, such as:

• Sound barriers
• Partition walls
• Industrial wall cladding
• Enclosures

The 60 mm panels are mainly used indoors, for applications like sound barriers, wall cladding, or partition walls.

For outdoor use, the 100 mm panels are more suitable due to their stability and strength, aided by the glass wool core.

The width of the sandwich panels is 1020 mm and the effective width is 1000 mm.

The length of the sandwich panels can vary from 2000 mm to 13000 mm. We have lengths between 2000 mm and 4000 mm in standard stock.

Rock wool: 60 mm = 15.3 Kg/m², 80 mm = 17.5 Kg/m², 100 mm = 19.7 Kg/m², 120 mm = 21.9 Kg/m²

Glass wool: 100 mm = 14.7 Kg/m², 120 mm = 15.9 Kg/m²

The width of the sandwich panels is 1020 mm and the working width is 1000 mm.

Stone wool:

• Tested according to DIN EN 10169: Outer leaf: Class RC3
• According to DIN EN ISO 12944-2: Outer leaf: corrosivity category C3, which corresponds to an average protection duration for urban and industrial environments with moderate exposure to sulfur dioxide.

Glass wool:

• Tested according to DIN EN 10169: Outer leaf: Class RC3
• According to DIN EN ISO 12944-2: Outer leaf: corrosivity category C3, which corresponds to an average protection duration for urban and industrial environments with moderate exposure to sulfur dioxide.

Rockwool:

• Lambda value = 0.044 W/mK according to DIN 4108 and DIN EN 13162.
• The insulation values are regularly verified by external authorities and can be applied without further reduction.

Glass wool:

• Lambda value = 0.039 W/mK according to DIN 4108 and DIN EN 13162.
• The insulation values are regularly verified by external authorities and can be applied without further reduction.

Our 100 mm sandwich panels come standard with a glass wool core. This makes EASYpanel lighter and more durable than traditional rock wool panels. With a sound insulation value of Rw 34 dB and an absorption coefficient (alpha W) of 1.00, EASYpanel also offers high acoustic quality.

The sound-insulating and absorbing panels of EASYpanel are composed of the following materials:

• Outer plate of 0.6 mm thickness, with a polyester coating.
• Mineral wool with a black fleece.
• Inner plate of 0.6 mm thickness, also equipped with a polyester coating.

The panels have a working width of 1000 mm and are connected by means of a male-female profiling.

Upon request, the EASYpanel acoustic sandwich panels can be provided with the following modifications and options:

1. Custom colors, optionally in plastisol or HPS.
2. Thicknesses of 50 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm.
3. Double-sided perforation for improved sound absorption.
4. Custom production, with lengths ranging from approximately 2000 mm to 13000 mm.
5. U-profiles for a neat finish and to protect the inner layer of the panel.
