The insulation plug is suitable for securing sound-absorbing panels, such as EASYwhisper and EASYpol, onto concrete or masonry substrates. The plug consists of a black plastic sleeve with an integrated disc head.

The installation is carried out via through-fixed mounting. First, drill an 8 mm hole in the underlying construction, then tap the plug into the drill hole using a hammer. During insertion, the ribs anchor themselves, ensuring the plug is firmly pressed against the wall. The flexible ribs in the disc section adapt to the insulating material and provide a lasting clamping force.

The insulation plug is suitable for fixing into solid and perforated brickwork, concrete, and aerated concrete. The maximum panel thickness is 60 mm. The plugs are supplied in boxes of 25 pieces and are ready for immediate use. No additional screws or nails are required.
