EASYmount wall and ceiling support

The EASYmount wall and ceiling support is suitable for creating decoupled partition walls and ceilings. By combining the system with a cavity fill and a finishing cladding of your choice, you create an effective sound-insulating separation construction.

The EASYmount wall and ceiling support are installed in a grid with a spacing of 60 × 120 cm. In each bracket, you mount a wooden slat or a metal stud track, depending on the desired construction.

The perforated metal strips provide a flexible and secure installation, tailored to the desired joist thickness. After installation, any excess material can be easily bent or shortened, ensuring the sheet material fits properly.

When used in ceilings, an additional batten is installed perpendicular to the mounted battens to support the cladding. Between the battens, a cavity filler is applied for extra sound insulation.

Finally, the construction is finished with a closed surface layer, for example with two layers of plasterboard or fiberboard, to ensure a stable and durable wall or ceiling structure.

The metal fastener ensures that the structure remains intact during a fire. Although the acoustic decoupling melts, the wall and/or ceiling construction remains preserved.

The final sound insulation value depends on the combination of the basic structure and the stud wall. Performance may vary based on the construction and materials used.
